I’m Rachel, a holistic therapist, wellness coach, and mum.
I’ve faced my share of life’s curveballs: cancer, divorce, burnout, and had to figure out how to keep moving forward when everything inside me wanted to shut down.
I know what it’s like to smile on the outside while quietly crumbling on the inside. I also know the courage it takes to finally stop performing and start healing. To sit with the discomfort. To untangle the emotional knots. To rebuild yourself from the inside out.
That’s what I bring to the women I work with.
I’m not here to slap a mindset hack on your pain or feed you empty affirmations. My work blends science-backed tools like belief coding® and subconscious rewiring with soulful support through energy healing, coaching, and emotional release work.

I use a mix of belief coding®, coaching, energy healing, and mindfulness to personalise the journey for you.
I’ve tried other therapies before, how is this different?
This isn’t just talk therapy or a one-off energy session. My approach blends science and soul, we go beyond surface-level to shift what’s happening emotionally, physically, and energetically.
It’s gentle, intuitive, and tailored to you, and it works because we’re not just managing symptoms; we’re working at the root.
What if I’m nervous about opening up?
That’s completely okay, and honestly, very common.
This work isn’t about rushing or pushing. We go at your pace, and I hold a safe, judgment-free space where everything you bring is welcome. You don’t have to “perform healing”, just be you. You’ll be met with compassion and calm support, every step of the way.
Do I need to believe in energy healing or Reiki for this to work?
Not at all. Many of my clients come in curious but unsure, and often leave surprised at how deeply seen and shifted they feel. Everything I use (from belief coding® to energy work) is based on how the body and mind naturally respond to regulation and release. You don’t have to “believe”, you just have to be open.
What’s the difference between a one-off session and a program?
One-off sessions are great for a reset, energetic clearing, or to get clarity on something you’re moving through.
But if you’re seeking lasting emotional change, we’ll go deeper in a full program like the Resilience Reset™ or Calm Confidence Mentorship, these allow us to work through the full RESET framework and create real, sustainable shifts.
How do I know which offering is right for me?

Can I work with you online?
Yes, many of my services (including belief coding®, coaching, hypnosis, and the Resilience Reset program) are available online.
In-person sessions are available for Reiki and Reflexology if you're local. We'll always work with what fits best for your lifestyle and comfort.
What happens after a session or program ends?
Healing isn’t a “one and done” thing, it’s a relationship with yourself.
That’s why I created The Resilience Sanctuary, my monthly membership space where you can continue deepening your practice with guided meditations, rituals, and support. It’s the perfect next step after working together.
