I’m Rachel, a holistic therapist, wellness coach, and mum. I’ve faced my fair share of curveballs, cancer, divorce, burnout and had to find my way forward when life didn’t go to plan.

I know what it’s like to keep smiling on the outside while crumbling inside. I also know the power of doing the deep, sometimes uncomfortable, inner work that creates real change. That’s what I bring to the women I work with.

My approach blends science-backed tools with soulful support to help you shift what’s actually driving the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, not just slap a mindset hack on it. No toxic positivity. No “good vibes only” fluff. Just straight-up healing that lasts. Really, it’s about helping you come home to yourself.
