Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2025

Our commitment

Be Well with Rachel is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability, device, or browser. We want everyone who visits our site to be able to find the information they need and access our services with ease.

What we’ve done

This website is built using Wix, which provides a range of built-in accessibility features. We have taken steps to ensure the site is as accessible as possible, including:

  • Using clear, plain English throughout

  • Structuring content with headings to aid navigation

  • Ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds

  • Making all booking and contact functions available via keyboard navigation

  • Ensuring the site is responsive and usable on mobile and tablet devices

Known limitations

While we aim for full accessibility, there may be some areas of the website that do not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • Some older embedded content may not be fully compatible with all screen readers

  • Some images may not yet have full alternative text descriptions

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of this website.

Technical standards

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
